Born and raised in Foggia (located in Italy’s southern region of Puglia), Chef Sebastian La Rocca’s Grandfather Eduardo was a xx inspiration in his life. Teaching him from a young age that food is about celebration, and coming together – not just literally but figuratively as well.  Every Sunday, Eduardo and his family would gather local ingredients from local farmers and come together to host siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. It was here that they would roll pasta, have great food and great conversation.

Don’t miss La Rocca’s Stracciatella – a traditional dish from Foggia, paired with a kumquat compote that pays homage to Chef’s Grandmother, XXX. Honoring Chef’s Italian Stepfather, Alejandro’s Spinach Malfatti Gratin was the first dish made for Sebas when they first met. To this day, every time he visits, he makes pasta.  Pecorino comes from Rome. Tagliata di Manzo is a classic Italian dish combined with very simple ingredients.  The arugula, confit dried tomatoes, real parmesan with 12 yr aged DOP.

Don’t leave without trying the Frozen Grapes – served with dark chocolate and paired with a sip of Grappa. While the majority of the menu was inspired by central/southern Italy, you will also find some FYR Classics.
