Don’t miss the Stracciatella, a traditional dish from Foggia, paired with a kumquat compote. Tagliata di Manzo (pictured below) is a classic Italian dish using very simple ingredients, including arugula, confit dried tomatoes, and real parmesan aged 12 years. ​Live la dolce vita with a unique Italian dessert, like the Frozen Grapes that are served with dark chocolate and paired with a sip of Grappa, or Sicilian Style Oranges, made with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, olive oil, and served with a biscotti. Or enjoy Italian classics like Tiramisu and Italian Cheesecake.

While the menu for FYR Italy was inspired by central and southern Italy, guests will have a chance to order some of their favorite classic FYR dishes during this time, like the Empanadas Saltenas, Chilled Wood-Oven Roasted Tomato, FYR’s Caesar Salad, Roasted Salmon and Ohio Dry-Aged Tomahawk.
