Renowned for his culinary approach to brewing, Rouben joins Executive Chefs Todd Goodwin and Zach Warn for an evening showcasing thoughtful beer pairings alongside seasonally inspired dishes, from wood-fired focaccia and ember-roasted roots to heritage pork, dry-aged beef, and honeynut squash dessert. Each course is paired with a curated Moody Tongue beer selected to complement and elevate the flavors of the menu.
