Celebrate Mother’s Day with an unforgettable annual brunch experience at FYR Short North, where the culinary teams at Hilton Columbus Downtown come together for a special, elevated multi-station brunch showcasing the best flavors from across the property. Guests will enjoy a variety of chef-driven stations, including a Brunch Corner featuring katsu chicken and waffles, spring vegetable quiche, a fresh fruit/salad display, and a seafood station with sushi and sashimi from our 28-story rooftop, Stories on High. At the heart of the experience, the FYR Short North Grill Station will feature a mobile carving cart that will feature CAB tenderloin and slow-cooked porchetta with green strawberry agrodolce. We will also feature a hot table offering miso-glazed salmon, FYR’s wood-oven chicken, and coal-roasted carrots. The celebration concludes with a housemade dessert station showcasing an assortment of pastries and sweet creations.
